By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Payment Terms
All payments must be completed at the time of purchase through our secure online checkout.
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and other supported payment methods provided by our payment processors.
Orders will only be processed after successful payment authorization.
For security purposes, orders may be subject to verification before shipment.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive tracking information via email.
3. Vehicle Information Requirement (VIN / Part Number)
To ensure correct product compatibility, customers are required to provide either the vehicle VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) or the correct part number at the time of placing the order.
If the VIN or part number is not provided, the order will be processed based on the customer's selection and responsibility.
No return, refund, or exchange will be applicable for compatibility issues if VIN or part number was not provided at the time of purchase.
4. Return & Refund Eligibility
Customers may request a return or refund within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- Item must be unused and uninstalled
- Item must be in original packaging
- Item must be returned in the same condition as received
- Customer must obtain return authorization before sending the item back
Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Installed or used parts
- Electrical components that have been opened or installed
- Special order or custom parts
- Items damaged due to improper installation
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect:
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers may be asked to provide photos of the packaging and product for verification.
Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
7. Refund Processing
After the returned item is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, the standard return policy will apply.
