- Customers have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return :-
- The part must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.
- The item must not show signs of installation, damage, or tampering.
- If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, Carpartsolutions LLC reserves the right to decline any return or refund request, especially if the part has been installed or is no longer in resalable condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a shipping error or a defective/wrong part sent by us.

- If approved, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Replacements
- If you received a defective or incorrect part, we will provide a free replacement at no extra cost.
- Please contact us immediately upon discovering any issues, and include photos if possible, to expedite the process.
